We set up during 2007 believing with the development of Tourism in Latin America the need exists to make a sustainable contribution to change towards quality and diversity in the tourism industry and at the same time maximize benefit all those involved desiring efficiency, excellence and unique experiences.
Our client portfolio ranges from hotels, travel agencies, restaurants and tourist consumption products to different types of transportation carriers.

YASMINE MARTIN
General Manager
She founded MIRAMARTIN in 2008, a company based in Lima; which provides Hotel Project & Asset Management services to hotel investors as well as advisory services for new hotel projects, resorts and tourism products, throughout LATAM.
During her long career she has developed projects especially in emerging markets such as South Africa, Thailand, Burma, Singapore and Peru; work experience includes companies such as Moevenpick, Carlton Elite, UrbanHipHotels, Eastern&Oriental Express, Road To Mandalay, Orient Express-Peru and PeruRail. She has set up award winning Tourist Trains and RiverCruises in South East Asia and Passenger Trains from A-Z in Peru.
In Peru, she launched the award-winning Hiram Bingham train (Cusco-Machu Picchu) and Andean Explorer (Cusco-Puno-Cusco). Also, as former PeruRail’s General Manager, she achieved that the company win the contest Great Places to Work.
Among her strengths, is her expertise in optimizing the value of projects, reaching goals set by the owners and implementing key solutions for them. She has developed strategies for a wide range of products related to tourism and assists various institutions with mid term evaluations.
Other recent projects successfully completed where can be noticed the quality of her work are the Arennas Hotel in Mancora and the steam Yavari on Lake Titicaca.
In addition, she represents Rate Gain in Peru, a cloud based platform which hotels use for their Channel Distribution and Online- Revenue management.

Manager profession, graduated from the UPC, experimental graphic designer. She began his professional life in 1998 as a travel agent, Event & Incentives Manager and Product Manager.
Jobs in tourism companies leading positions of trust, Hirca, DasaTariq and Orient Express Experiences.
Currently, she holds the position of Head of Development of New Tourist Products in Tourist Strategies and complements her professional skills with social projects related to Animal Responsible Care.
