The project consisted enable a 1800’s boat, using the original facilities. Implement a Bed & Breakfast where it could accommodate up to 6 people. Also, this project involved sign an alliance with a strategic partner ( Tikariy ) for the operation of tourism services. Currently the ship is anchored in front of the Hotel Libertador offers museum service and accommodation. The museum project is being executed and will include a permanent room in the cellars where visitors can visually see the ship's history and work related to the protection of the flora and fauna of Lake Titicaca.

The search for a Hotel Operator for Hotel Don Carlos , now Los Portales Cusco , involved reviewing and negotiating with several operators various proposals that would meet the expectations of our customer.

The remodeling process involved the assistance to PeruRail from concept development to validation of the overall project (budget). This meant a co-working with the architects of Enrique Concha for the design then the development was carried out by Peru Rail and Enrique Palacio architects.

The remodeling project of the former Hotel Arennas de Mancora took 3 years of implementation (conducted in 2 phases). It consists remodeling the existing rooms and common areas. As well introduce two Villa Suites of approximately 100m2, each with pool terraces.
